You'll walk away with clear, personal goals and a strategy to achieve them for lasting health. But it does’t end there —I will be there for you throughout your journey to answer any questions you may have, and keep you motivated through any new challenges life may throw your way.
Available as 1-hour consultations per week for 8 weeks for a group of 10 individuals. Sessions available face-to-face at a location convenient to you around NW London or Online.
