I am a qualified and certified nutrition coach, with a professional background in science and medical communications.

I support individuals and families using evidence-based nutrition coaching to achieve sustainable health, using practical advice and guidance.

My work is shaped by both expertise and personal experience: Through guided weight management, I lost 17kg, regained my energy, and learned how powerful nutrition can be when it fits real life.
